First Generation Monte Carlo Club’s Western Meet

32nd Annual Seal Beach Classic Car Show

Just a couple miles down the road from Original Parts Group is Main Street in Seal Beach California, home to the Seal Beach Classic Car Show. Jimmy Smith’s 1972 Monte Carlo

OPGI customer Jimmy Smith of Weogufka, AL recently sent us a few of photos of his 1972 Monte Carlo. Jimmy is the car’s second owner, having purchased the Monte in 1975. Technically, Jimmy’s car is a Monte Carlo Custom – the Custom being a one-year-only model. It was ordered with the 454 4-bbl., TH400 tranny, bucket seats, console, Rally Wheels, and all other factory options except cruise control and power windows.
