Everyone loves a family-owned classic, and that is exactly what Original Parts Group customer Rich Scandaliato has with his '67 Grand Prix Convertible. The Grand Prix has been in Rich's family since it was purchased in 1967 from Rockville Center Pontiac in Long Island, NY by his father. It was not long after that the Grand Prix was trailered all the way to California when the family decided to move west. (more…)
It was another epic turnout at the 34th Annual Seal Beach Classic Car Show, with over 500 Classic Cars and their proud owners lined up on Main and Ocean in Seal Beach, California ready to show and shine. Original Parts Group also took part in the showing and shining, bringing our 1965 Chevelle Malibu and 1967 Buick Skylark to showcase some of our premium quality reproduction parts. (more…)
Did you know that Original Parts Group was awarded “Best GM Restored Vehicle” for our 1967 Buick GS 400 at the SEMA Show in 2009? in fact, that was the 3rd year in a row that OPGI was presented with the prestigious award. After a cancellation in 2020, the 33rd Annual Seal Beach Classic Car Show finally took place on Saturday, October 9th, 2021. As suspected the event was a huge success, in fact over 500 registered classic cars were lined up, including some from our good friends in the So Cal Chevelle Camino Club and Sultans Car Club. On October 9th Original Parts Group will make their first car show appearance in over a year at the 33rd Annual Seal Beach Classic Car show, just blocks from OPGI's headquarters in Seal Beach, California. Year after year with the exception of 2020, the Seal Beach Chamber of Commerce has produced extremely successful car shows with amazing turnouts of over 500 classic cars, hot rods, and antiques for locals and car enthusiasts to admire.
