The U.S. Senate working in conjunction with the Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) and its Automotive Restoration Market Organization (ARMO) and Hot Rod Industry Alliance (HRIA) councils, have announced that the U.S. Senate has passed Senate Resolution 493 (S.
